Women with learning disabilities' reproductive rights and health

We are doing with project with Engender Scotland.

Engender Scotland wanted to find out about disabled women's experiences of reproductive health such as periods, pregnancy, parenting and sexual health.

We are helping to find out about women with learning disabilities' experiences.

What we did

We did a survey of disabled women in Scotland.

We did focus groups with women with learning disabilities.

We analysed the findings.

We wrote a report.

We presented the research at an Engender event in November 2018.
