IASSIDD Congress 2019

Glasgow hosted the World Congress of the International Association for the Scientific Study of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, 2019 – and we took part!

IASSIDD Congresses are the leading international research and practice meetings in the field of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities.  Over 1,200 participants took part from across health and social care, education, policy makers, academics, third sector organisations and people with intellectual disabilities and carers.

Staff from the Observatory presented over the 4 days of the congress and shared their research through workshps and posters.
